Moscow Police in Day 3 of Hot Pursuit of Illegal Weather Phenomenon
Identikit reconstruction of the accused based on witness testimony.

Moscow authorities report that they are closing in on an illegal weather phenomenon that is claimed to have made a brief appearance over red square three days ago, in direct and flagrant violation of the ‘anti-gay propaganda’ laws passed by the Russian Duma in mid 2013.

Although the optical phenomenon initially fled the scene before the Russian police arrived to beat it senseless, numerous concerned citizens have called police over the following days reporting sightings, some as far away as on the Russia-Sino border with Mongolia. However, police have today confirmed reports that the rainbow was last seen in central St. Petersburg, and it is reported a number of patrol cars are now in hot pursuit.
